Location: Goshen, IN
Shift: 2nd (3pm-11pm M-F)
Pay: Up to $33/hr (Based on skills and experience)
Type: Direct Hire

Multi?Craft Maintenance Technician
If you love being the go?to problem solver—the person who can walk up to a machine, size it up, and bring it back to life—this role is built for you. You’ll tackle electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic challenges while working with a team that values initiative, craftsmanship, and sharp troubleshooting instincts.

What You’ll Do

Machine repair — Tear down, repair, and rebuild equipment using everything from hand tools to cranes and hoists.
Fabrication & welding — Use brake, shear, lathe, drill press, Bridgeport mill, MIG/TIG/arc welders, plasma cutters, and more.
Preventive maintenance — Keep production running smoothly with scheduled inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
Electrical troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair wiring, circuits, breakers, and transformers.
Team collaboration — Work closely with technicians, engineering support, and contractors to solve problems fast.
Safety leadership — Uphold a strong safety culture while spotting issues before they become downtime.

What You Bring

5+ years industrial maintenance experience (plastic injection molding experience is a bonus).
Technical school degree or equivalent certifications.
Blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, and strong analytical skills.
Confidence with electrical systems, fabrication equipment, and precision troubleshooting.
A mindset built on initiative, integrity, and teamwork.
