Creative Orthodontic Associates is a premier orthodontic care provider with a strong emphasis on patient well-being. With two conveniently located offices, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional orthodontic treatments and personalized care to individuals of all ages.

As a Front Desk Associate at our orthodontic office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our practice. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone, and will assist them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and addressing their concerns. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency and positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, appointment availability, and office policies.

Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with patients and the orthodontic team to ensure optimal scheduling and utilization of resources.

Collect patient information, update records, and verify insurance coverage to facilitate a seamless check-in process.

Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary forms, supplies, and informational materials are readily available.

Handle patient billing and process payments, accurately recording transactions and providing receipts as needed.

Assist with managing patient flow, ensuring minimal wait times and efficient scheduling to maximize productivity.

Collaborate with the clinical team to address any patient concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Follow established protocols for handling confidential patient information and maintain strict adherence to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Support office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies, to contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice
