Full Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST PASS DRUG TEST AND PHYSICAL (T.H.C TEST IS CONDUCTED PER D.O.T)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (NO RECENT D.U.I)
- Previous experience in route driving or courier services is preferred
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver large delivery vehicles and vans
- Proficient in using navigation systems or maps to plan routes and navigate to destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

We're looking for FULL-TIME Federal Express Corporation drivers to service various areas in: Arleta/Pacoima/Mission Hills/Arleta/La Crescenta/La Canada/Montrose/Glendale

-MUST BE available to work weekends (BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY)

-We REQUIRE 1 year of Class C Driving or COMMERCIAL driving experience in the last 6 months

-You must be at least 21 years old to apply

- Physical stamina and strength to load and unload heavy items as needed

- Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs

This is a physically demanding job and you'll be on your feet most of the day, so please take that in consideration before submitting your resume.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers during deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle

Pay: $18.00 per hour
