Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing, and operational improvements
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes served

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach to menu development
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
