Full Job Description

The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing

SKILLS:

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Strong ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while contributing as a team worker
Capable of completing tasks accurately and within deadlines
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Knowledge of Delphi is a plus
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset
Exceptional verbal and written skills in English language

DUTIES

Assist the Sales and Catering department with day-to-day operations and tasks.
Manage all incoming inquiries and phone calls, ensuring a prompt response.
Distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales managers.
Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Resumes for events.
Ensure the timely distribution of BEOs and Resumes to relevant departments.
Assisting with reservation requests.
Prompt communication throughout hotel with various departments
Assist with billing tasks, ensuring accuracy before sending invoices to clients.
Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with daily/weekly reports, marketing-related tasks, and various projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the hospitality industry, including in the Sales and Events department.
Familiarity with Delphi, OnQ, and PEP systems is preferred but not required.
Advanced proficiency in Hilton brand-related programs is preferred.
Professional proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
Strong experience with all MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends based on hotel business needs
