About the Role:

The Maintenance Director/Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring that the healthcare facility operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing all maintenance and groundskeeping activities. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff, which is essential in the healthcare industry. The Maintenance Director will develop and implement maintenance schedules, manage repair projects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with various departments to address maintenance needs promptly and effectively. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in facility maintenance or groundskeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and building codes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge in maintenance management or a related discipline.
Experience with project management and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all maintenance and groundskeeping and activities.
