Full Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant

Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This flexible position is approximately 2-3 days per week and is in-person at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage QuickBooks Online, including payroll, bank reconciliations, invoicing/accounts receivable, and multi-state sales tax filings
Process accounts payable and pay bills
Create and manage Excel spreadsheets
Use Microsoft Word for documents
Work with Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF documents
Answer phones and provide general office support
Maintain organized records and assist with other administrative tasks

Requirements:

Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, invoicing/accounts receivable, and multi-state sales tax
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Subject to background

Pay: Dependent on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

QBO, Exel, Word, Adobe Adcrobat: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Spearfish, SD 57783 (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
