Dental Administrator I

Department: Administration
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $19.00–$23.00/hour

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities

Patient Experience

Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Build trust by communicating clearly and respectfully.

Administrative Operations

Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collect payments and process routine administrative tasks.
Support daily office operations and maintain an organized front office.

Team Support

Communicate effectively with providers and teammates.
Follow established systems and procedures.
Assist other team members as needed to support the success of the practice.
Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
