FlexTrades is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills in a precision medical manufacturing environment. This role involves performing machine setups, running first articles, inspecting parts, and maintaining tight tolerances using blueprints and quality documentation.
Candidates should have experience machining stainless steel, working with Heidenhain or Siemens controls, and independently setting up multi-axis CNC machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Machine stainless steel parts for medical devices from raw or pre-machined components
- Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and inspection documents to run jobs independently
- Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process checks using precision measuring tools
- Maintain tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
- Make adjustments to feeds, speeds, offsets, and tool wear; perform deburring as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with 5-axis CNC milling (VMCs) required
- Proficiency with Heidenhain or Siemens controls
- Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection methods
- Experience with Renishaw probing preferred
- Ability to work from print and perform setups independently
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $38/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
