Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel pampered, informed, and inspired. As a Licensed Esthetician, you will play a key role in elevating the client experience through personalized treatments, professional advice, and engaging product recommendations. Duties

Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body contouring services.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare regimens utilizing professional products and retail sales techniques to enhance results.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and proper sterilization protocols for tools and treatment areas.
Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, answering inquiries, and ensuring excellent guest services at all times.
Engage clients through social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building an online community that reflects our brand’s energetic vibe.
Boost retail sales.
Upsell relevant treatments or products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs and satisfaction.
Collaborate with management on new service offerings or promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Skills

Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology standards and practices.
Experience
Strong management skills for scheduling appointments efficiently using salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
Proficiency in social media management tools for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse settings.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times.
Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling products based on client needs during treatments or consultations.
Ability to perform makeup applications for special occasions or photo shoots while demonstrating color theory understanding.
Experience in Med Spa environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential.
Versatility in offering additional services such as therapy enhances the overall guest experience.
