Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple departments, driving the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and relationship management will be essential in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our organization’s future by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires across various functions.
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, external agencies, and educational institutions to facilitate effective talent pipelines.
Conduct detailed candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Avionte or similar HR systems.
Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and maintain adherence to HR legal standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Participate in training & development initiatives to enhance recruiting skills and stay current with industry best practices in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment.

Requirements

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on high volume recruitment and technical recruiting.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage candidate relationships confidently.
Proficiency in talent management software such as Avionte or equivalent HR systems; familiarity with ATS platforms is essential.
Deep understanding of employment & labor law as it relates to talent acquisition and employee relations.
Demonstrated success in external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment, executive search, and sales-driven candidate sourcing strategies.
Strong research skills coupled with the ability to generate leads through social media marketing (recruitment) and cold calling techniques.
