Full Job Description

MUST HAVE LPN OR RN LICENSE

Summary Plays a key role in supporting and enhancing company operations and product development by working collaboratively and fostering positive relationships with teams and partners to ensure success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Visits assigned offices regularly to review Medicare-related financial and quality performance, provide helpful guidance, and resolve any issues while building strong connections with physicians and staff.
Prepares insightful reports to support physicians in achieving their financial, MRA, and quality goals (such as HEDIS and PQRS).
Welcomes newly assigned offices with onboarding and training to set them up for success.
Assists with physician practice questions via phone and email by coordinating with internal teams and health plan representatives.
Manages administrative tasks like drafting communications, updating directories, and collaborating with health plans.
Shares detailed visit reports and feedback with the leadership team to keep everyone informed and aligned.

Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who can confidently perform all the tasks listed above. Reasonable accommodations will be made to assist individuals with disabilities.

Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school, or 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience/training, or a combination of both.
MUST HAVE LPN OR RN LICENSE
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the Medicare risk field, particularly working with Primary Care physicians to achieve financial, MRA, and HEDIS goals.
Familiarity with HEDIS 5-Star standards and reporting processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Communication Skills

Ability to read, interpret, and clearly communicate technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Responds thoughtfully to inquiries and collaborates with stakeholders effectively.
Writes professional materials and delivers confident presentations to various audiences, including management and public groups.

Mathematical Skills

Reasoning Ability Problem-solving skills are essential, including gathering information, analyzing facts, and making thoughtful decisions. Comfortable handling technical instructions and working with abstract ideas.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with claims reporting systems like Accureports.
Experience using health plan portals, including Availity and Freedom/Optimum.

Travel Requirements This role involves regular travel, typically within 100 miles, with occasional trips requiring overnight stays.

Physical Demands

Primarily involves sitting and working with hands for tasks such as typing or phone use.
Occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds; rarely, up to 25 pounds.
Requires close and distance vision.

Work Environment The role takes place in a welcoming office environment that is generally quiet but can be lively at times.
