Digital Ads Manager

OOT Box Media — Springfield, IL

At OOT Box Media, we’re not just running ads — we’re building performance systems that turn attention into measurable growth.

We’re looking for a Digital Ads Manager who understands how to turn data into decisions, knows how to scale what works, and isn’t afraid to cut what doesn’t. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, thinks strategically, and takes ownership of performance.

This is not a “set it and forget it” ads role. You’ll be actively involved in strategy, execution, optimization, testing, reporting, and collaboration across multiple client accounts and platforms.

If you’re the kind of person who looks at campaign data and immediately starts identifying ways to improve performance, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Develop full-funnel campaign strategies (top, middle, and bottom of funnel)
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
Test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign structures to improve results
Scale winning campaigns and quickly identify underperforming spend
Track and analyze KPIs including CPL, CPM, CTR, CAC, and ROAS
Ensure accurate tracking setup including pixels, conversion events, tagging, and attribution
Collaborate closely with content, video, design, and Client Success teams to align campaign strategy with client goals
Provide clear reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
Manage client ad budgets responsibly and maximize efficiency of spend
Maintain organized campaign structures, workflows, testing logs, and documentation
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Experience managing live paid advertising campaigns
Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
Understanding of campaign optimization, testing, and scaling
Strong grasp of paid media fundamentals across Meta, Google, or similar platforms
Clear examples of measurable results or performance improvements
Experience managing active ad spend across multiple campaigns or accounts

Bonus points for experience with:

Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads and YouTube Ads
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking and event setup
A/B testing frameworks
Agency or multi-account environments
ClickUp or similar project management platforms
Landing page or funnel optimization
