As a TikTok Shop-forward brand, we leverage content, live shopping, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising to drive growth and customer acquisition.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop, content creation, affiliate marketing, and customer acquisition. This role combines creative content development with performance marketing, making it ideal for someone who understands both social media trends and data-driven growth strategies.

You will be responsible for growing the Wise Sneakers brand across TikTok, Shopify, and other digital channels while helping drive revenue through content, affiliate partnerships, paid advertising, and website optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok & Content Marketing

Create, manage, and publish engaging content for the Wise Sneakers TikTok account.
Develop and execute content strategies designed to increase engagement, followers, and sales.
Host and coordinate TikTok Live shopping events to showcase products and drive conversions.
Stay current on TikTok trends, viral content formats, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote new arrivals, sales, and marketing campaigns.

Affiliate Marketing

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencers.
Build relationships with creators and identify opportunities to increase affiliate-driven sales.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize creator partnerships based on results.
Coordinate product seeding and promotional campaigns with affiliates.

Paid Advertising

Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Test new creative concepts, audiences, and marketing strategies to scale successful campaigns.

Shopify & Website Management

Manage and optimize the Wise Sneakers Shopify website.
Create and update landing pages, banners, promotions, and product merchandising.
Improve website conversion rates through testing and user experience enhancements.
Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.

SEO & Email Marketing

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
Optimize product pages, collections, and website content for search engines.
Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns, including promotional sends, automated flows, and customer retention initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze marketing performance across all channels.
Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, affiliate performance, and customer acquisition costs.
Prepare regular reports and recommendations to support business growth.

Preferred Requirements

Experience managing social media marketing campaigns, preferably on TikTok.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and social commerce.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing fundamentals.
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with influencer or affiliate management.
Experience managing Shopify stores.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
Experience in footwear, fashion, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer brands.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition strategies.
