Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies
- Utilize QuickBooks to process payments and maintain financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately
- Experience with order entry and maintaining electronic files is a plus
