Full Job Description

We’re Hiring: Office Assistant

We are seeking a professional, organized, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and WhatsApp communications
Respond to inquiries and coordinate communications in a timely and professional manner
Assist with data entry, including entering invoice information into Google Sheets
Help facilitate inventory clearance through Customs and Excise
Schedule and coordinate appointments using Google Calendar
Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks
Coordinate schedules and logistics efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
Strong familiarity with the island and local businesses, locations, and logistics
Ability to communicate professionally and work well independently and as part of a team

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, resourceful, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Familiarity with local procedures, businesses, and locations is especially valuable for coordinating appointments and assisting with inventory clearance.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
