A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER

In this assistant management role, you are a key member of our leadership as you hire, train, and develop team members while building a positive work environment. You also help oversee and maintain an exceptional guest service team as well as ensure exceptional food quality from our kitchen teams. You facilitate a true escape from the ordinary. From the moment guests walk in our doors to the moment they leave, you help create an environment in which they can comfortably dine and create memories. You help lead our team to success and are rewarded with opportunities for career and leadership growth!

ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of management experience or other progressive and relevant experience
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience
Over the age of 21
