Hachi Houston is a high-end Japanese restaurant specializing in omakase and premium sushi. We are committed to providing an elevated dining experience with exceptional hospitality, product knowledge, and attention to detail.

We are seeking professional, polished, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, high-level service in a fine dining environment
Guide guests through omakase and a la carte menus
Describe premium fish, seasonal ingredients, and specialty items
Maintain clean and organized sections
Work closely with sushi chefs and management to ensure seamless service
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience required (fine dining preferred)
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi is required
Must be available nights and weekends
