Bookkeeper | Howard, Pennsylvania

Antique Building Solutions (ABS) is looking for an Bookkeeper.

Antique Building Solutions has been selecting and re-purposing centuries-old lumber for over 20 years. We disassemble historic barns with the utmost care and bring the lumber to our facility where it is cleaned, graded, and transformed into unique, one-of-a-kind building materials.

What You'll Do

Use Quickbooks Online software for order entry, purchasing, billing, customer invoicing, collections, job costing, inventory management and other related office tasks.
Assistance in preparing documents for tax preparers, banks, insurance companies, etc.
Assistance with implementation of new software system

What You Offer

Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping and have experience in using Quickbooks.
Create, interpret, and deeply understand financial documents.
Knowledge of lumber/building materials preferred but not essential.
Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Possess strong organizational skills and efficiency.
Detailed and results-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment.
Computer skills - Microsoft office/Google (Word, Excel, Gmail etc.).
