We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef/Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment focused on excellence in food preparation and service
Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse selection that highlights culinary creativity and meets dietary requirements
Manage inventory control and food production processes to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards
Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation regulations to guarantee guest safety

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in fine dining environments
Extensive culinary experience with skills in cooking, food preparation, and food service management
Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams within the food industry or hospitality sector
Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department standards
Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and kitchen experience including food handling and safety protocols
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and ensure high performance
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
