Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: Base Salary Up to $50,000 + Uncapped Commissions

What You'll Do

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in helping companies build world-class teams while helping candidates advance their careers.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Recruit for technical positions including IT, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, operations, skilled trades, and professional roles.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and other creative recruiting strategies.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to identify top talent.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Relationship Management

Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to successful completion.

Business Development Support

Generate candidate leads and market intelligence.
Stay current on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions.
Help drive recruiting strategy and workforce planning initiatives.

Technology & Process Management

Utilize recruiting technology, ATS platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
Leverage technology and data to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging candidates daily.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technical recruiting or full-cycle recruiting.
Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or sourcing platforms.
Staffing industry experience is a plus.
Knowledge of recruiting metrics and talent acquisition best practices.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for proven performers.
