Full Job Description

Ryco Power Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team. If you have strong QuickBooks Online experience, enjoy keeping financial records accurate, and can manage multiple projects at once, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update the general ledger using QuickBooks Online.

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.

· Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.

· Review, clean up, and maintain QuickBooks Online (QBO) records.

· Correct historical accounting issues, including misclassified transactions and unreconciled accounts.

· Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.

· Track job costs to provide accurate, real-time project data for management and ownership.

· Prepare monthly financial statements

· Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.

· Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.

· Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO).

· Experience with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.

· Experience with job costing and project accounting.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

· Salary dependent upon level of experience

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
