The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in ensuring that residents receive nutritious and appetizing meals that cater to their dietary needs. By following written and oral instructions, the Dietary Aide contributes to the overall satisfaction and health of the residents. Ultimately, this role is vital in promoting a positive dining experience and supporting the nutritional goals of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in food service or dietary settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in food safety or sanitation.
Previous experience working in assisted living or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
Ensure that all food service areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Follow written and oral instructions from supervisors regarding meal preparation and dietary restrictions.
