Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain the right skills for our organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with candidates, case managers, and internal stakeholders. This candidate will manage the staffing data systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Duties

Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and interviews
Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
Implement training programs for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate documents using data management system
Ensure contractors compliance with company policies.
Establish and maintain communication between staff and clients to support coordinated care and service delivery.
Manage and update staff and client records within the electronic verification system
Conduct daily reviews of the electronic verification system to identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
Knowledge in building relationships within the industry.
Familiarity with cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates proactively.
Knowledge of training development processes to enhance employee onboarding experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process and throughout the company operation.
Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
