Full Job Description

Canyon Ranch Plumbing Company is a commercial and residential plumbing contractor serving clients throughout Central Arizona. We work with builders, property managers, and homeowners to provide reliable plumbing solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to professionalism, safety, and quality workmanship.

Position Summary

Canyon Ranch Plumbing Company is seeking a full-time Administrator / Bookkeeper to support daily office operations in our Phoenix office. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and office coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer phones and respond to customer and vendor inquiries.

· Schedule service calls, appointments, and team calendars.

· Process work orders and maintain job files and records.

· Support billing, invoicing, and collections activities.

· Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and expense reports.

· Reconcile vendor statements

· Enter company credit card transactions.

· Coordinate purchasing and vendor communications.

· Maintain accurate company records.

· Assist with employee onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll support.

· Provide general administrative support to management and field teams.

Qualifications

· Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Experience with accounts payable, data entry, and expense management.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Foundation

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Experience with payroll, HR administration, or employee onboarding is a plus.

· Construction, plumbing, or trade industry experience preferred but not required.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting, bookkeeping, or business coursework is a plus.
