AG4 Trucking, Inc. is a transportation company specializing in agricultural freight throughout Northern California. We pride ourselves on reliability, strong customer relationships, and a family-oriented work environment. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Operations Manager to help oversee the daily administrative functions of our business.

Position Summary

The Office Operations Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of AG4 Trucking. This individual will be responsible for coordinating office functions, supporting payroll and billing processes, assisting with dispatch operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and management.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process payroll and maintain employee records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Enter and maintain accurate business data and records
Assist with dispatch scheduling and driver communication
Prepare and process customer invoices
Manage office filing systems and documentation
Communicate with customers, vendors, and service providers
Assist with compliance and trucking-related paperwork
Track permits, registrations, insurance documents, and renewals
Support company leadership with daily administrative tasks
Identify opportunities to improve office procedures and efficiency

QualificationsPreferred:

3+ years of office management or operations experience
Experience with payroll processing
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Professional and positive attitude

Highly Desired:

Transportation, logistics, agriculture, or trucking industry experience
Dispatching experience
Knowledge of DOT and trucking compliance paperwork
