Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to our valued clients. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues using strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Manage data entry tasks accurately within our CRM systems, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues by analyzing problems and providing effective solutions.
Handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity during client interactions.
Maintain organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; however, we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data management and correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving techniques.
Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills for understanding customer needs, and cash handling is advantageous.
Technical proficiency in navigating CRM systems and other relevant software platforms.
