Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Bartender to elevate the experience of every guest who walks through our doors. In this energetic role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for hospitality and keen attention to detail will ensure guests leave with memorable moments and a desire to return. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Manage all aspects of POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy through retail math and basic math skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail; strong time management skills are vital.
Previous experience in catering or food industry roles is highly desirable; nightclub or brewing experience is a plus.
Basic math proficiency for retail math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and food industry transactions.
