Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled MRI Technologist is needed to operate advanced MRI equipment, ensuring precise imaging while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for patients. Your experience will contribute directly to both outstanding diagnostic outcomes and a supportive healthcare setting.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Current registration with ARRT (MRI) or equivalent certification.
Prior experience as an MRI Technologist, including operation and troubleshooting of MRI equipment.
In-depth understanding of MRI safety procedures and protocols.
Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and collaborating with clinical staff.
Ability to adapt quickly to new equipment and clinical demands.

Schedule:

Full-time hours; specifics provided during interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures according to established protocols to ensure optimal image quality.
Operate MRI scanners, manage imaging software, and monitor image quality during exams.
Review patient medical histories and confirm procedure orders for accuracy and safety.
Communicate clearly with patients to ensure understanding of procedures and alleviate anxiety.
Maintain accurate records and patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians to provide timely and precise imaging services.
Participate in regular equipment maintenance and safety checks.

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
