Job Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Therapist, where you will play a vital role in supporting patient care and enhancing the overall experience within our chiropractic practice. This energetic position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on therapeutic support, ensuring patients receive exceptional service from intake through treatment. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and patient assessment will help us deliver personalized, effective care that promotes healing and well-being. Duties

Greet patients warmly, facilitate the intake process, and gather comprehensive health histories
Conduct initial patient assessments, including evaluating symptoms and mobility to assist chiropractors in developing treatment plans
Assist with therapeutic procedures such as massage, soft tissue therapy, or rehabilitative exercises under supervision
Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and update patient records diligently
Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health goals
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
Support chiropractors during adjustments by providing necessary assistance and ensuring patient comfort throughout sessions

Requirements

Proven experience in patient service within a healthcare or chiropractic setting preferred
Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to understand treatment processes effectively
Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings clearly
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care
Excellent organizational skills for managing intake forms, records, and scheduling
Basic understanding of anatomy knowledge to assist with therapeutic procedures effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
