Full Job Description

Express Kafeh is a nationwide mobile espresso and hospitality company providing premium coffee experiences for corporate events, conventions, trade shows, and brand activations.

We are looking for a polished, highly professional Account Manager who understands that exceptional client service is about more than answering emails, it is about taking ownership of an event from planning through successful execution.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in event management, hospitality, catering, hotels, convention services, or corporate events who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to communicate professionally with clients, venues, vendors, and internal teams.

Remains composed and solutions-oriented when plans change
Is comfortable communicating with corporate clients, convention centers, hotels, and event professionals
Works well with operations teams and understands that successful events require teamwork

Responsibilities

Manage corporate event accounts from confirmation through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate event requirements, schedules, menus, branding, staffing, logistics, and venue requirements
Prepare detailed event information for our operations and project management teams
Communicate with convention centers, hotels, caterers, vendors, and other event partners
Maintain accurate event records, timelines, and client communications
Proactively identify missing information and potential operational issues
Follow up with clients before and after events
Ensure every event reflects the professionalism and service standards of Express Kafeh
Work closely with sales, operations, warehouse, staffing, and on-site event teams

Preferred Experience

Hospitality or event experience is strongly preferred.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

Experiential Marketing or Brand Activations
Food & Beverage Event Operations

Coffee experience is not required. We can teach our products and operating systems. Professionalism, judgment, organization, hospitality instincts, and attention to detail are much harder to teach.

Our business is events. Priorities change, clients make last-minute requests, deadlines are real, and successful events depend on people who communicate, take responsibility, and get things done.
