Albany, OR

We are looking for professional and personable internet/ BDC Representatives to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers, while assisting us in building and representing our brand. This is a ground-breaking opportunity, that if you take initiative, you can grow it into an amazing career.

EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably experience within the automotive industry, however we will train the right person for the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Contacting and communicating with customers while identifying their needs.
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network.
Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email as well as video conversation. (sending videos to customers creates a more genuine relationship)
Reach goals and produce a high closing ratio on internet leads.
Answer sales phones calls and set appointments for clients.
Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills. Legible and clean on paper as well.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends depending on business needs.
Strong motivation and organization expertise with attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills.
The ability to meet or exceed all department key performance indicators that measure overall performance.
