Job Overview We are looking for a universal nurse to work various shifts and be crossed trained for each floor. The pay will be compensated according to flexability of hours and shifts.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will play a vital role in providing quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, effective communication skills, and working collaboratively within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and record vital signs of patients, ensuring accurate documentation.
Assist in discharge planning by educating patients and their families on post-care instructions.
Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Administer basic life support as required in emergency
Deliver assisted living/memory care nursing care, including wound medication administration.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Skills

Proficient in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in patient conditions.
Strong understanding of discharge planning processes and patient education techniques.
Knowledgeable in infectious disease management and prevention strategies.
Certification in basic life support (BLS) is essential.
Ability to adhere to healthcare standards within various settings
