Full Job Description

TelluRides, formerly known as Western Slope Rides (WSR), provides regional transportation services in Southwest Colorado. We specialize in personalized shuttle and private transportation services. Our services include airport transfers, special events, weddings, and regional transportation. We are seeking a highly skilled office assistant to support our team. Office staff are the face and voice of the business, we pride ourselves on providing personal, high quality service to our guests. Therefore, the ideal candidate is able to present themselves well through verbal and written communication and has exceptional customer service skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Assist with managing reservations, including booking and confirming appointments or reservations.

-Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.

-Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information based on their specific needs.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure that the quality of work being completed is consistent throughout the office.

-Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

-Support the reservation system team in optimizing booking processes.

We are always looking for ways to perform our work more proficiently through new and useful organization tools.

Key skills to excel in this role:

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

-A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

-Proficiency in using reservation software or the ability to learn quickly.

-Previous experience in a similar role is not required but would be appreciated.
