About this Job

We are an e-commerce store providing affordable dental health products online. The store is operated by a small, friendly, family owned business that has been doing business in North County for over 15 years.

This is an opportunity to join a growing e-commerce business and a tight-knit team. We value a great attitude and a strong work ethic when searching for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, detail oriented, and tech savvy to grow with our company.

Who would be a good fit for this job?

You want an in-the-office, full-time role (9AM-5PM Monday through Friday)
You have experience leading a customer facing team and you thrive on delivering great customer experiences

What do the day-to-day responsibilities look like?

Overseeing the customer service team to effectively deliver a five star customer experience, even when order volume spikes or someone’s out sick.
Answering customer service emails and phone calls; handling escalations from the customer service team
Processing, shipping, and record keeping for customer orders: attention to detail is very important. Apply to this job by including "detail oriented" in your application.
Hiring, documentation, and training for the customer service team
Running a tight operation, from managing inventory and supply orders, to reporting and office administration

Your mission is to lead the customer service team and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. You will exercise your leadership skills and manage a team of customer service champions.

Pay and Benefits

$32 to $35/hr, equivalent to $63,000 to $68,000 per year
Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits
Paid time off and paid sick leave
