Lifekind Health is looking for a full-time Patient Concierge in our San Jacinto clinic to ensure a warm, welcoming, and healing environment for all clinic patients by delivering consistent, high-quality front desk training and providing hands-on operational support. Promote excellence in patient experience through standardization of workflows, staff development, and front desk coverage across clinic locations.

Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 7:45 am – 4:45 pm

Patient Experience & Engagement:

Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and patient-centered experience
Greet and check in patients efficiently while verifying demographic and insurance information
Provide clear communication regarding wait times, services, and next steps in the visit
Address patient questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and empathetic manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

Scheduling & Coordination:

Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure accurate documentation in the system
Coordinate patient flow between front desk, clinical staff, and providers
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across providers and clinics
Optimize provider schedules to support patient access and clinic efficiency

Administrative & Operational Support:

Perform check-in and check-out processes, including copay collection, outcomes, and required documentation
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations when applicable
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with organizational policies

Communication & Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient care
Communicate effectively with patients regarding services, delays, or follow-ups
Escalate patient concerns or operational issues appropriately to leadership
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in medical office or healthcare environments preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification nice to have
Knowledge of scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), and office software preferred
