Orthodontic Office Receptionist

Join Our Friendly, Patient-Focused Orthodontic Team!

We are looking for a warm, organized, & dependable Orthodontic Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

Responsibilities

Greet patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance information and assist with patient paperwork
Manage patient check-in and check-out
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily schedule
Maintain a clean and organized front office
Provide outstanding customer service and help create a positive patient experience

Qualifications

Previous dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and electronic scheduling systems
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
