Full-Time Flat Bed Tow Truck Operator Positions Available!

Position Overview
***Must have prior Towing experience****
We’re seeking career-minded individuals who are reliable, driven, and ready to make a difference. This is a full-time position with immediate openings— for all shifts. Open availability, including weekends, is required due to our 24/7/365 operation.
As a Tow Truck Operator, you’ll play a critical role in providing fast, friendly assistance and is responsible responsible for safely towing, transporting, providing roadside assistance, and recovering vehicles using a tow truck.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate light-duty tow trucks including wheel lift (experience with flatbeds and wreckers is a plus but wheel lift experience is a REQUIREMENT!
- Perform a variety of roadside services: towing, vehicle relocation, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, jumpstarts, extrication, and transport of disabled/wrecked vehicles
- Interact professionally with customers, law enforcement, and team members
- Use dispatching software, radios, and GPS for service coordination
- Complete service call logs, receipts, and basic paperwork accurately
- Handle payments and communicate service details clearly and respectfully
- Maintain communication with dispatch and operations team
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of both the truck and personal uniform.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of assigned tow truck to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a focus on tow truck operations (with verifiable references)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair..
- Experience operating forklifts is beneficial.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle various customer situations effectively.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test, MVR, criminal background check, and DOT physical
- Required: Minimum 3 years experience driving a Wheel Lift and/or Flat Bed
- Comfortable operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, and working in all weather
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with vehicle service tasks (jumpstarts, lockouts, tire changes, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation
