Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Principal to lead our educational institution with passion and strategic insight. The Principal will serve as the chief leader, responsible for fostering a dynamic learning environment, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education aligned with our mission. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of students and staff alike through innovative leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in K-12 education administration, personnel management, curriculum development, and legal compliance, all while inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Duties

Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy that promotes academic excellence and student success.
Lead curriculum development initiatives to ensure innovative, inclusive, and standards-aligned instruction across all grade levels.
Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with legal requirements such as special education law.
Oversee faculty evaluation processes, including supervising instructional staff and supporting their professional growth through coaching and feedback.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure resources for school programs, facilities, and initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership teams to establish strategic plans that align with long-term goals for school growth and community engagement.
Supervise school administrative functions, including personnel management, student discipline policies, safety protocols, and legal compliance.
Represent the school at public events, engage with parents and community stakeholders through public speaking engagements, and foster positive relationships within the community.

Requirements

Proven experience in school administrative leadership roles such as School Director or Principal within a K-12 setting.
Extensive knowledge of education administration principles, including curriculum development, instructional leadership, budgeting, and personnel management.
Strong understanding of school legal frameworks such as special education law and general compliance regulations.
Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with experience in managing resources effectively.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising faculty and staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Experience in developing strategic plans that drive school improvement initiatives and community involvement.
Skilled in public speaking with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences including staff, students, parents, and community partners.
Classroom teaching experience coupled with a deep understanding of working directly with students to promote an engaging learning environment.
