As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa. You will create memorable first and lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, deliver personalized service, provide local insight, and helping create the "Headlands experience" for all who walk through our doors.

Are engaging, personable, and passionate about connecting with people
Are a master of multi-tasking, staying cool and collected in a dynamic environment
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teammates
Are a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating to exceed expectations
Thrive on learning new things and staying curious about the area
Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus
Have a personal interest in the outdoors, wellness, or active lifestyles

Requirements:

You own this is you have....

Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A love of hospitality, problem-solving, and creating unforgettable moments
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
