Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

Active licensure as an Operating Room Technician (ORT)
Solid foundation in perioperative nursing principles and sterile technique
Experience assisting in surgical procedures across multiple specialties preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring sterile environment
Assist surgeons and other OR staff throughout procedures with instruments and supplies
Monitor and account for all surgical tools and materials before, during, and after surgery
Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols
Document surgical activities and communicate vital information efficiently
