Full Job Description

Experienced Machinist
Franklin, PA | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

About You:

You're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality work. You have experience operating CNC equipment and are comfortable reading blueprints, inspecting parts, and making program adjustments as needed.

You enjoy working in a manufacturing environment where every part matters, and you're committed to producing accurate, high-quality components safely and efficiently.

Experience with Mazak Integrex machines, VTLs, Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, or similar CNC equipment is highly valued. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we're willing to train the right candidate.

Day in the Life:

As a member of our machining team, you can expect to:

Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Read and adjust G-Code programs when required
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets
Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
Verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards
Monitor machine performance and identify issues
Troubleshoot machining and production concerns
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work closely with teammates to meet production goals

What You Need to Apply:

High school diploma or equivalent
CNC machining experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to use precision measuring instruments
Experience performing machine setups and program adjustments
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Mazak Integrex
CNC Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL)
CNC Horizontal Mills
CNC Vertical Mills
Fanuc Controls
