Full Job Description

As our dealership group continues to grow under local ownership, we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and want to be part of a team that values integrity, accountability, and community involvement.

Whether you have automotive sales experience or come from a strong customer service, retail, or hospitality background, we'll provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options to customers
Secure financing through a network of lending partners
Structure deals and complete all contracts accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and dealership regulations
Submit deals for funding and resolve any outstanding documentation
Work closely with the Sales Team to provide a seamless customer experience
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
Process cancellations and refunds for aftermarket products
Stay current on lender programs, incentives, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive lending and deal structure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
