Job Title: Office Manager & Bookkeeper (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
Company: Cactus Compression Inc.
Location: West Houston, TX (In-Office)
Hours: 30 hours per week (Flexible scheduling available)

Job Description

Cactus Compression, a small energy company in West Houston, is seeking an organized and reliable Office Manager / Bookkeeper. This in-office position handles daily financial records, maintains office operations, and supports our small team. We offer a flexible 30-hour work week to help you balance your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
Conduct regular account reconciliations.
Handle general office administration, mail, scanning, filing and supplies.
Support the owner with administrative tasks.

Requirements

Strong, verifiable proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
Ability to pass a mandatory, in-person QuickBooks skills test.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or office management.
