Full Job Description

STORE MANAGER - 2 YEARS OF QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Employees:

Interview, screen, and hire new employee.
Maintain employee documentation (W4, 19, application for employment, confidential forms, etc.)
Maintain a current employee phone list. Forward copy to Owner.
Training — new hire orientation and ongoing supplemental training.
Operations:
Responsible for making sure the store open and closes on time. Any modifications to hours are to be approved by Owner.
No-shows are to be covered by manager, if no one else can cover the scheduling conflicts.
Smoothies are to be made accurately by all team members according to Brand Standard.
Smoothies are to be prepared by all team members in a timely manner (under 3 minutes).
Ensure that team members are kept busy during all shifts.
Most work should be delegated out based on strengths of team members.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain blenders and blender accessories.
Keep the refrigerators at the appropriate temperatures at all times.
Address all health department issues in a timely manner and do necessary follow up.

Marketing:

Concentrated effort in creativity and action steps to grow the business.
Implement and establish offsite promotional appearances at least once a week within local businesses or organizations.
Reporting:
Weekly sales journal, labor analysis, incentives, cup count, schedule.
Provide payroll information directly to administrator on time.
Month end reports.
Inventory:
Completion of a physical inventory count of smoothies and retail merchandise.
Maintain an inventory report for smoothies and supplements.
Work Schedule:
Manager has agreed to work a minimum of 40-45 hours.
Additional hours may be required in order to cover job responsibilities, including, but not limited to; covering employee shifts, meetings, supplement and new hire training, marketing events, etc.
Catering - Assistant Manager agrees to arranging, preparing and delivering catering orders.
