Full Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer / Sales Account Manager with proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within an international or cross-cultural business environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong determination, a proactive mindset, and the ability to overcome challenges without losing momentum. The candidare thrives in an autonomous, field-based role and is passionate about building new commercial relationships from the ground up.

This role offers significant upside through a performance-based commission structure in addition to a competitive base salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities across the Texas market

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals

Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients (in-person and virtual)

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and upselling opportunities

Collaborate with company’s sales representive in Texas

Provide regular market intelligence and competitive insights to management

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

REQUIREMENTS

Required:

3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule with discipline

Must reside in Texas

Independent U.S. work authorization required, no visa sponsorship available

Preferred:

Professional proficiency in Spanish

Experience working with or for international companies is a plus

Familiarity with the Texas business landscape and existing professional network in the region

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

This is a full-time, at-will employment position. Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
