Since 1978, ETCC has provided a safe haven for those impacted by family violence, dating violence, and sexual assault. We offer shelter, counseling, advocacy, education, and prevention services with the goal of restoring dignity and purpose while promoting public compassion and awareness to reduce violence in our communities. In addition, through our Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP), we work directly with individuals who have caused harm, helping them recognize abusive behaviors and build healthier, nonviolent relationships.

Position Summary:

The Director of Clinical and Supportive Services ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and survivor-centered clinical and advocacy services across all East Texas Crisis Center (ETCC) programs. This leadership position oversees counseling and advocacy staff, ensuring best practices, compliance, and coordination of services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related crimes. The Director fosters collaboration, staff development, and community partnerships that strengthen ETCC’s mission of safety, healing, and hope.

Minimum Requirements:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas

Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) preferred or eligibility within 6 months.

Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field. (required)

Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience with trauma survivors.

At least three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Job Type: Full-Time; Monday – Friday

Salary: Commensurate with experience
