Front Office Administrative Support

Tyler, Texas

Join Henry & Peters, one of Texas' most respected public accounting firms, in our Tyler office. We are seeking a friendly, administrative professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating great first impressions, and supporting a collaborative, professional team environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Be an ambassador of Henry & Peters ’ mission and reputation by welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors to the Tyler office and providing exceptional customer service

M anage incoming firm communications including phone calls and di gital communications

M aintain a n orderly and professional front office environment

Coordinate and track mail and client documents, schedule and prepare conference rooms, and maintain firm-wide calendars

Support firm leadership and staff with document scanning, a ccounts receivable , spreadsheet updates and reporting, and other administrative projects as needed

Help ensure a positive experience for clients and employees every day

WHAT YOU BRING

3–5 years of administrative, customer service, or reception experience

E xcellent communication , organization, and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Professional demeanor , attention to detail, and commitment to customer service excellence

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred

Availab le to work overtime, including Saturdays during peak periods, with overtime compensated
