Full Job Description

We are seeking skilled and guest-oriented bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience through your knowledge of our food & drink menu and excellent interpersonal skills. Providing quality service, adhering to service etiquette and cultivating an experience for guests is top priority. We are seeking part time and full time server/bartender hires.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant & bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant/bar area before and after service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
-Assist in various duties to keep service running smoothly: running food, drinks, and seating guests as needed

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in full service dining, bartending or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Solid grasp on table-side etiquette
