Job Summary

The Proposal & Content Marketing Writer is a critical, high-impact role at NeosRx responsible for leading the development of compelling, accurate, and strategic RFP responses while supporting core marketing content and messaging initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Account Management ensuring that all external-facing materials clearly communicate our value proposition and differentiate us in a competitive PBM market.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & RFP Management

Lead end-to-end RFP response process
Develop timelines, manage deadlines, and coordinate assignments with Subject Matter Experts
Draft and refine responses translating complex PBM concepts
Prepare attachments and manage submissions
Develop finalist presentations in partnership with Sales

Content Development & Messaging

Support development of messaging and value propositions
Create website, social media, and thought leadership content
Ensure consistency across all materials

Knowledge Management

Maintain RFP content library
Maintain LinkedIn and website content library
Improve content based on insights and market trends

Document Content & Design

Develop and manage marketing materials:
RFP responses
Presentations
Sales and marketing collateral
Ensure templates are user-friendly and enable efficient content reuse

Continuous Improvement

Track win/loss outcome reporting in CRM
Recommend improvements to messaging and process

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in proposal management, content development, marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in PBM, benefits, healthcare, insurance, or a related industry
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts (e.g., PBM pricing models, clinical programs) into clear, compelling language
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including document formatting, template creation, and presentation development
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with structured data, pricing tables, and supporting analyses
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) to support document layout and visual consistency
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and drive cross-functional accountability
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables
Experience working with CRM systems, including familiarity with sales processes and pipeline workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Clinical, Finance, and Operations
Familiarity with RFP processes, procurement platforms, or proposal/content management tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; candidates with strong writing and content development experience will be prioritized

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, team offsites, or industry events

Shift Details

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during “core” work hours to meet the needs of our business. Extended hours, weekends and holidays may be required pursuant with industry and client demands.
